To place an order, simply browse through our product categories, select the items you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you’ll be prompted to enter your delivery details and payment information.
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled. If you have any issues, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you in modifying or returning your order if needed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes. However, please contact us immediately if you need to make any modifications, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Shipping and Delivery Inquiries

- Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday).
- International shipping may take longer, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the respective courier’s website (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL) to track your order.

Once your order is processed, we may not be able to update the delivery address. However, if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately, and we’ll try to make the change for you.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us, and we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed medical products or any opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return postage, and we will charge or refund any price difference between the exchanged products.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange to collect the item and issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
